I took so many pictures that I am putting them in four posts. \u00a0I hope I am not boring you all.<\/p>\n

The Island Amusement Park<\/p>\n

We noticed the prices range from 20 to 40 grivne per ride (that is the equivalent of about 40 cents to $1.50)<\/p>\n

They also had carnival games and lots of food choices.<\/p>\n

Right behind the statue you can see the amusement park. Much of it is just like home.<\/p><\/div>\n

A pool (the blue wall) that looks like it might be for like seals or other water animals – there are bleachers to sit on and a stairway in the pool.<\/p><\/div>\n

The building ahead is a bumper car house.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Do

Do you recognize this one? The swings go out into wide circles around.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"On

On of many blow up things that children can climb in and on.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Duck

Duck and Swan boats<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Ducks

Ducks and cars to ride around in<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Not

Not sure but I think this one goes up and down – probably fast.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"The

The teeth are actually part of a huge blow up alligator that opens and closes his mouth to spit out children.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Roller

Roller Coaster<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Bungee

Bungee jumping – the child is belted in and there is a trampoline under him – the vendor gets on the tramp and gives him a good pull and he goes up and down and can even make himself go up and down more. The children were having a wonderful time. I took a lot of pictures but am only putting up a couple.<\/p><\/div>\n

??????? – what do you think this is? The 3 is actually a z and the ? is a p and the ? is an r. The picture might give it away.<\/p><\/div>\n

The other side of the Olympic training area. Here is the entrance – we saw several young men coming and going here.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Sign

Sign by the entrance – it basically says this a school for physical training in Dnepropetrovsk. It seems from the sign that high school students also train here.<\/p><\/div>\n

???????? – What is this announcing?

We didn’t go but it appears there is one somewhere on the island<\/p><\/div>\n

As we left the island we saw some people getting in one of these skiffs.<\/p><\/div>\n
