In cleaning up my files I found some pictures that I had not shared and thought I would create a post of interesting sights in our little world.<\/p>\n

We were walking down the hill on Yavornytskova from the office to the mall to do some shopping and saw this sad tree.\u00a0 I am so glad I took a picture as recently we noticed it is gone.\u00a0 That is even sadder.<\/p>\n

Not sure why but this sad tree is leaning so much that is it supported by braces and posts.<\/p><\/div>\n

In the building right next to the bank building our office is in is a restaurant that some people love.\u00a0 Our first experience with Borscht was from this restaurant but it was delivered to our office so we have not yet been there.\u00a0 Outside are assorted things to advertise the restaurant and those change from time to time but this car is usually there.\u00a0 The name of the restaurant is ???? ????? (Papa Karla), perhaps named so because the street used to be called Karla Marksa.\u00a0 Anyway, I thought the car with plants was interesting.<\/p>\n

One day when we were walking home past the mall near our place we noticed this sign.<\/p>\n

It is hard to read the words on this picture but they say: pizza (I tried to put it in Ukrainian but it comes up with just ????, burgers and pancakes.\u00a0 There is actually a restaurant there to the right of the sign.\u00a0 It is small and may be very good but we have not tried it and may not as we are not very adventurous with foods.\u00a0 It is an interesting combination of foods but not as much as the restaurants that have pizza and sushi – which is very popular here.<\/p>\n

In the fall we saw several magpies but they usually flew away before I could get a photo.\u00a0 This one kept moving but I did get a picture before it flew totally away.\u00a0 They are not as numerous as the pigeons (nothing is as numerous as the pigeons) but we have seen several.<\/p>\n

I think I have posted most of the rest of the pictures but I thought these three were interesting as well.<\/p>\n
