Our tree has 35 clear ornaments that Rhonda made for us a few years ago – they each have a scene from our Savior’s life inside and are tied with a deep red ribbon. We also have five red velvet ornaments with a quilled insert from Rhonda. Then there is a glass ornament from Switzerland and Carl’s father and a bell from Germany and my grandmother. There is a glass bell with a nutcracker inside from Carla and assorted other bells and balls and a few clear glass stars. Underneath we have a small ceramic house village. It is a country town with a school house, a town hall, a country church, a tree being decorated and houses and assorted people and carriages. I also have a train, train station, carriage house, and gazebo that I did not put out this year. The tree skirt was made by a good friend, Alissa, a few years ago and it sits on a white felt circle.
